This mobile application is a companion to the Human Resource Information System-Employee Information Portal (PSU HRIS SYSTEM).It is intended to allow PSU workers to conduct HR-related inquiries from the convenience of their Android mobile devices.Each employee has their own login information (username and password).The employee must be able to see and/or amend their personal information after successfully logging in.Employees can use this program to directly review, verify, and confirm the accuracy of their own data.It also allows users to keep track of their employment credentials and other interactions with the PHRMO.BENEFITS:CONVENIENCE ON EMPLOYEE.The program allows users to see, update, and monitor their own data from their Android mobile devices.This enables customers to become more active in the HR process, particularly in verifying that their data is valid and that their transactions are handled properly.TIME-SAVING.Making a personal query at the Human Resource Office may need queuing at times.This may be prevented by using the mobile application.Simply log in with your account and password to check it yourself remotely.INFORMATION IN REAL TIMEBecause the mobile application is linked to the HRIS-Back Office, the information displayed in the app is always up to date.
